OMG this was so long ago. I so miss our Saturday mornings meetings at JJ'S. We did not find it but if we had it would have been in the trees between the two campgrounds at the KOA Ashland/Huntington. No it wasn't in front of Caniff's near where he grew up. We think he was staying at the camp ground and just walked into the trees when no one was looking and buried it. Maybe one of the last things he did before he went totally downhill and was hospitalized and all. Buried in sealed PVC pipes and marked with rusty old metal wire so he could find it with metal detectors. Mostly cash but some valuable coins and jewelry. People made fun of us but he who laughs last laughs best. But we didn't find it so don't tell anyone.

Fellow going under the moniker White Lightning was the leader of the pack. I know someone who says he knows him and that he's for real. He's suppose to still be in the area, probably die here. Her poor dead brother he threaten kill him to. The mother was wanting justice for cousin stupid action. The girl nearly got put away. The lies her dad told her mom her cause both their deaths. Pathway failed to turn it in how he acted to bring him to justice. The poor girl is needing your prayer that truth will get out how he acted so she will avoid to eastern state. One stumble in the poor girl grandmother basement she would have dead. It came out on july 3 2019 the judge plain told he believed her after 15. The girl feel there is corruption between the court and pathway to put away. Her grandmother was prep to voc reh a bunch lies to knock her out voc. Reh. I believe this is very true in all the court house. I believe carter co court is the worst for the corruption. I was given no legal rights made to plead guilty to lies i never told. The 2nd theory is my stupid cousin in grayson who cant take the blunt for his stupid action. He pointed a gun to my brother head. the gun might have dirty. And it cause cyst developed on his head. The cyst were taken multiple times. They started eat and develop into cancer. My stupid cousin threaten kill me twice. I went to pathway and i told how he acted. Lots of rumors floating around about some elected officials in Boyd County. Rumor has it that the former clerk retired with no notice at all. Officials discovered she had retired when they read it in the paper. A few nights after the clerk retired, custodial staff heard the whirring of a paper shredder going for several hours in the clerk's office. The next day it was discovered that computers were missing from the clerk's office. These computers contained programs which harbored sensitive information including social security numbers of residents of Boyd County. Two file cabinets previously containing official documents were supposedly found empty the next day too. That night custodial staff reportedly saw autos belonging to a retired employee and a relative of said employee in the parking lot at the time of the shredder running. The interim clerk tried to file charges but was stopped by an attorney employed by Boyd County. You know the one, his office is on a bar stool in many local watering holes. It has been rumored that he would make sure the charges would go "no where". During an inside audit of an unnamed office in the court house it was discovered that there were missing employee retirement payments to the tune of almost a quarter million dollars. No doubt many of you are curious as to why the Sheriff's office hasn't looked into any of this. It seems as though a very high ranking Sheriff officer has been indited for using confiscated drug monies for personal use. Not only that, rumors of hundreds of hours of overtime pay is owed to some of the deputy officers. Now, remember these are only rumors and gossip that should not reflect negatively on our elected officials, either past, present, or retired...
